Returns & Exchange Policy
At ISCO LLC, we want you to love your beauty products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Final sale items (e.g., clearance, promotional products) are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used or opened beauty products
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable products
Return Process
To start a return or exchange:
- Contact us at info@iscollc.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our Return Authorization instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
- Exchanges are processed once the original product is returned.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
International Orders
International returns/exchanges may be subject to customs fees and shipping charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.
