Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance, promotional products) are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or opened beauty products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital/downloadable products

Return Process

To start a return or exchange:

  • Contact us at info@iscollc.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Wait for our Return Authorization instructions.
  • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Exchanges are processed once the original product is returned.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

International Orders

International returns/exchanges may be subject to customs fees and shipping charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.
